Practical Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育如何培养创新创业人才成为社会日益关注的热点。总结高职教育实践中摸索出来的培养创新创业人才的经验,在此基础上,进一步提出了培养创新创业人才的新思路:第一,高职创新创业人才培养应致力于服务区域经济发展;第二,高职教育应积极转变教育理念,人才培养应突出服务社会。只有这样才能不断提高创新创业人才培养的成效,为国家经济社会发展助力。

How to cultivate innovative entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational education has become the focus of social attention.This paper summarizes the experience of cultivating innovative entrepreneurship talents in the practice of higher vocational education.On this basis,it puts forward new ideas for the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents.First,the training of innovative entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational education should be committed to serving the development of regional economy.Second,higher vocational education should actively change the concept of education,and the cultivation of talents should highlight the consciousness of serving the society.Only in this way can it be possible to constantly improve the timeliness of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents and contribute to the economic and social development of the country.
