基于“后现代教育”探索高校专业课教学——以培养医药研究生的试验设计课为例

Exploration of Professional Course Teaching in Colleges and Universities Based on Post-modern Education——Taking the Experiment Design Course for Training Medical Graduate Students as an Example

摘要 “后现代教育”理念影响着高校教师的教学行为,社会人才需求多元化决定了人才培养模式需要创新。围绕建立凸显药学专业特色、科学合理的研究生试验设计课程体系展开了一系列的思考与探索。基于医药与统计分析交叉学科教学的实践,例谈高校研究生专业课教学改革,在课程目标定位、课程资源开发、授课方式创新等方面进行了探索,获得了有益的课改经验。 The concept of post-modern education influences the teaching behavior of college teachers,and the diversity of social talent demand determines the innovation of talent training model.A series of thoughts and explorations have been carried out around the establishment of a scientific and reasonable graduate experiment design course system that highlights the characteristics of pharmacy specialty.Based on the practice of interdisciplinary teaching of medicine and statistical analysis,this paper discusses the teaching reform of professional courses for graduate students in colleges and universities,and explores the orientation of course objectives,the development of course resources,and the innovation of teaching methods,which has gained useful experience.
