摘要
实验课程是养老护理人才培养体系的重要内容,在培养学生的动手能力、创新思维、分析问题能力等方面起到决定性作用。在当前国家老龄化的背景下,提高实验教学质量、培养适合社会发展需要的高素质养老服务人才,是满足养老服务事业发展的有力保障。以培养实用型养老护理人才为目标,通过改进教学方式、完善教学内容、创新教学环境、加强教师队伍建设、丰富第二和第三课堂、改革教学评估方式等,对养老护理人才培养的教学过程进行了一系列的探索和尝试。
Experiment courses are an important part of the nursing personnel training system,and play a decisive role in cultivating students’practical ability,innovative thinking,and problem analysis ability.In the context of the aging society,improving the quality of experiment teaching to cultivate high-quality elderly service personnel is a strong guarantee for meeting the development of elderly care services.With the goal of cultivating practical senior nursing talents,a series of explorations and attempts in the teaching process of senior nursing talent training have been carried out by improving teaching methods,perfecting teaching content,innovating teaching environment,strengthening the construction of teachers,enriching the second and third classrooms,and reforming teaching evaluation methods.
