摘要
培养既满足岗位任职需要又具有发展潜力的技能水平高、综合素质强的士官人才,对我军战斗力的提升具有重要意义。针对士官高等职业教育中实践类课程的重要性和士官学员的特点,分析士官实践课程教学的现状及存在的问题,探索在士官实践课程教学的“教、学、评”环节,灵活运用合作学习教学方法,提高士官学员学习的积极性和参与度,培养士官学员的综合素质。实践表明,该方法显著提高了教学效果,可为我军培养更多专业能力强、综合素质高的士官人才。
It is of great significance to train sergeants with high skill level and strong comprehensive quality who can meet the post requirements and have development potential.According to the importance of practical courses in the higher vocational education of sergeant and the characteristics of sergeant students,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of sergeant practice teaching,and explores the application of cooperative learning teaching method in the“teaching,learning and evaluation”links of sergeant practice course,in order to improve the sergeants’enthusiasm and participation in learning,and cultivate their comprehensive quality.Practice has shown that this method has significantly improved the teaching effect and can train more sergeants with strong professional ability and high comprehensive quality.
