医学人文在口腔住院医师规范化培训中的教学研究

Teaching Research of Medical Humanities in Standardized Training of Stomatology Residents

近年来,医患关系已经成为社会关注的焦点。口腔住院医师规范化培训是口腔医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于培养临床高层次口腔医师具有重要作用。针对口腔住院医师规范化培训过程中缺乏医学人文的渗透、医患沟通能力不足的现状,探讨医患沟通的多种培训方式,从医学人文的角度提出了医患沟通的技巧,通过增强人文关爱意识来提高学员的医患沟通能力,从而更好地为患者服务。

In recent years,doctor-patient relationship has become the focus of attention.Standardized training for stomatology residents is an important part of post-graduation education for stomatology majors and plays an important role in training high-level clinical dentists.Aiming at the lack of penetration of medical humanities and insufficient doctor-patient communication ability in the process of standardized training for stomatology residents,this paper discusses a variety of doctor-patient communication methods,and puts forward the skills of doctor-patient communication from the perspective of medical humanities.By enhancing the awareness of humanistic care,the doctor-patient communication skills of the residents can be improved so as to better serve the patients.
