燃烧室开口形式对475柴油机性能影响研究

摘要 柴油机燃烧室不同形状对气流运动、燃烧过程以及排放具有较大影响。针对475柴油机,运用AVL-FIRE软件对3种不同开口(缩口型,直口型以及开口型)形式的ω型燃烧室建立燃烧仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。对3种形状燃烧室的平均压力、平均温度、平均湍流动能、放热率、累计放热量、平均碳烟质量分数、平均NO x质量分数等参数进行对比分析。结果表明,缩口型燃烧室能够形成较大的湍流运动,使得燃烧迅速,碳烟排放量减小,NO x的排放相比原直口型燃烧室增加量不超过10%。本研究可以为475柴油机燃烧室的设计提供理论参考。 The different shape of combustion chamber has great influence on airflow movement,combustion process and emission.For 475 diesel engine,the combustion simulation model of combustion chamber with three kinds of different openings(shrinkable,straight and openable)was established and analyzed by AVL-FIRE software.The average pressure,average temperature,average turbulent kinetic energy,heat release rate,cumulative heat release,average soot mass fraction and average NO x mass fraction of the three combustor shapes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the shrink-mouth combustor can form a large turbulent motion,which makes the combustion fast,reduces the emission of carbon smoke,and increases NO x emission by no more than 10%compared with the original straight-mouth combustor.This study can provide theoretical reference for the design of combustion chamber of 475 diesel engine.
