摘要
为减少发动机原排中碳烟问题,以直喷汽油发动机为研究对象,采用台架试验平台,通过采集台架数据,并采用线性拟合和平均值的方法对台架数据处理,研究发动机不同喷油模式,催化剂加热模式,背压、冷却液温度修正下的碳烟排放情况,得到了发动机不同工况下的累碳模型。
In order to reduce the problem of engine soot original row,Taking direct injection engine and GPF as the research object,Based on the bench test platform,the method of linear fitting and average value was used to process the bench data,the original soot emission under different fuel injection mode,catalyst heating mode,back pressure and coolant temperature was studied,a carbon load accumulation carbon model under different working conditions is obtained.
