一种应用48 V系统的乘用车发动机启停耐久试验方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 48 V混合动力路线是乘用车企业降低整车能耗的研发路线之一。48 V系统功能之一是发动机怠速时辅助发动机自动启停,配置该系统的发动机比常规发动机启停次数大大增加,发动机附件皮带、运动件所承受的力和机械磨损也增加。为了在开发阶段充分验证该特性,制定了相应的启停耐久试验方法。首先根据整机机油压力建立和消退的时间制定单次启停的时间,然后根据行业法规以及零部件设计要求等综合制定总循环次数,最终制定了启停耐久试验方法。该方法在某主机厂48 V项目进行了应用,检测出了零部件方面的问题,证明该试验方法有效。 48 V hybrid is one development route for passenger car enterprises to reduce vehicle energy consumption.The one function of 48 V system is to assist engine to start and stop automatically when idling.So the start-stop times are greatly increased,and the force and mechanical wear of the engine accessory belt and moving parts are also increased.In order to fully verify this characteristic during development stage,start-stop durability test method needed to be formulated.The time of single start-stop is determined by the time of oil pressure builded and subsided.Total durability cycles were determined by the industry regulations and parts design requirements and so on.Finally,the start-stop durability test method was formulated.The method is applied in a 48 V project of an engine factory,and the problems of certain parts are detected,which proves that the test method is effective.
