重型柴油机机械损失分解测试和优化研究

摘要 重型柴油机正面临着降低碳排放和提升热效率的技术挑战,为有效应对这一挑战,降低机械损失功是必须采取的措施。倒拖分解测试是一种测量柴油机机械损失的方法,通过制订一套适用于重型柴油机的机械损失功分解测试规范,进行柴油机整机机械损失功测试和分解测试。测试研究了全转速范围内的整机和子系统机械损失的变化规律,确定降低机械损失的主要技术路径,为提高重型柴油机的机械效率提供依据。 Heavy-duty diesel engine is facing the technical challenge of reducing carbon emission and improving thermal efficiency.In order to deal with this challenge,reducing the mechanical loss is a necessary measure.Reverse drag decomposition-test is a method to measure the mechanical loss of diesel engine.By formulating a set of mechanical loss decomposition-test specification for heavy-duty diesel engine,the mechanical loss test and decomposition test of the diesel engine are carried out.The variation law of the mechanical loss of the whole engine and subsystem in the speed range is studied,and the main technical path to reduce the mechanical loss is developed.This study provides a basis for improving the mechanical efficiency of heavy diesel engine.
