07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al表层增碳对材料耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响

摘要 部分07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al产品在金相检验时会发现其表层不易被金相腐蚀,从而形成沿表层均匀分布的白亮层组织。通过对部分产品白亮层深腐蚀后观察到的针状马氏体,可以知道该材料的表层有局部增碳。对产品盐雾腐蚀后进行破坏性试验,发现有产品破坏力值明显下降,且断面有脱层特征。综上可知,07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al表层白亮层现象由材料表层增碳造成,该材料表层增碳会导致材料耐盐雾腐蚀性能降低。 Sometimes the surface of the products which made of 07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al is not easy to be corroded by metallography,then a uniform white-bright layer will be formed.Through the acicular martensite observed after deep corrosion of some parts′white bright layers,we found there is carburization on material surface.Through the destructive test after product salt spray corrosion,we found the destructive force value of one part decreases obviously and its cross section has surface peeling characteristics.In conclusion,the reason for the formation of white-bright layer is the metal surface carburization,this phenomenon will reduce the corrosion resistance of materials.
