论城镇化进程中农转非社区重建问题与对策研究--以福州闽侯大学城新区的失地农民集中居住地为例

The Countermeasures and Problems of Community Reconstruction for Rural Transformation in the Process of Urbanization:Taking the New Area of Minhou University City in Fuzhou as an Example

在城市化快速发展的背景下,城区用地的拓展及大量城郊农业用地的征用,导致了大量失地农民的“被上楼”。该文试图通过对福州闽侯大学城新区的失地农民集中居住地的现状调研来揭示城市化进程过程中农转非社区重建所遭遇的诸多问题,希望为相似地区日后的社区重建、社会管理体制的架构提供一些借鉴。

Under the rapid urbanization background,urban land expansion and a large number of suburban agricultural land requisition,led to a large number of land-lost farmers"upstairs".In this article we attempt to reveal the problems of urbanized community reconstruction in the process of urbanization through the research on the city land-lost farmers'centralized residence in Fuzhou MinHou university new district.We hope to provide some reference for community reconstruction and the architecture in the future of social management system to some similar areas.
