Organic Embedding and Ontological Construction:Kindergarten Creation in A District of Ziwei Pastoral City,Xi'an

在城市更新的发展节奏中,如何利用有限条件来处理新建筑与老住区环境的关系,整合用地内外的联系,使建筑以合理的方式融入到所在环境中。该文以幼儿园项目为实际案例,通过对用地条件、周边建筑、住区环境的分析,对建筑进行适应性设计,完成其对用地及环境的嵌入,以及对建筑自身功能及个性的建构。对于其他类似的老住区建筑更新项目,从分析、设计、建构等层面具有一定的参考意义。

In the development rhythm of urban renewal,how to use limited conditions to deal with the relationship between new buildings and the environment of old residential areas,to integrate the internal and external links of land,and to make the buildings integrate into the environment in a reasonable way.Taking the kindergarten project as actual cases,through the analysis of land use conditions,surrounding buildings and residential environment,we carry out adaptive design of the building,complete its embedding of land and environment,as well as the construction of its own function and personality,which has a reference for other similar old residential building renewal projects,from the analysis,design,construction and other levels.
