装配式体系下的高校教学建筑标准化设计研究

Towards Prefabricated Buildings:Research on the Standardized Design of College Educational Buildings

近年来,随着全国范围内装配式建筑的大力推广,装配式在高校校园建设中的应用也引起了业内的广泛关注,建造了一些试点案例。试点案例的实践为装配式建筑在高校校园建筑中的应用提供了前沿的探索,但是目前我国对于装配式高校校园建筑的研究仍然十分缺乏。标准化设计是装配式建筑的关键,该文以高校校园建筑中最为典型的教学建筑为例,通过对11个传统建造和装配式建造的高校教学建筑案例进行统计、分析和比较,从平面标准化、预制构件标准化、立面多样化三个方面,探索装配式体系下高校教学建筑的标准化设计。

In recent years,with the vigorously promotion of prefabricated buildings in China,the request of prefabricated system in college buildings has also attracted attentions from the architecture industry,and some pilot cases have been constructed.The exploration of pilot cases has provided some experiences,however the research on the prefabricated college buildings in China is still very shortage.The standardized design is the key to prefabricated buildings.Taking the most typical college buildings,which is college educational buildings as an example,using the methods of statistics,analysis,and comparison of eleven college educational buildings cases,which including traditional as well as prefabricated construction,we discuss the standardized design of college educational buildings based on the prefabricated system,the conclusion is presented in terms of standardized plan,standardized precast unit,as well as various facade.
