城市建筑一体化视角下的城市综合体中介空间城市性构建研究

The Urbanity Construction of Intermediary Space in Urban Complex from the Perspective of Urban Architecture Integration

城市综合体中介空间作为连接城市与综合体建筑的重要纽带与关键节点,为内部功能空间服务的同时,连接城市交通系统,与城市公共空间相互融合。在城市·建筑一体化思想的影响下,城市综合体中介空间体现出越来越强的城市性特征。该文对城市综合体中介空间在功能、交通、空间、运营四个方面的城市性表现进行概述。通过实际案例研究,对中介空间的城市性与具体城市环境的关系进行深入探讨。最终从功能协同化、交通枢纽化、空间开放化、运营管理动态化四方面提出城市综合体中介空间城市性的构建方法。

Urban complex intermediary space is an important link and key node connecting urban and complex buildings,while serving internal business,connecting urban transportation systems and integrating with urban public space.Under the influence of urbanarchitectural integration,the intermediary space reflects the increasingly strong urban characteristics.We analyze and summarize the urban performance of urban complex intermediary space in terms of function,transportation,space,and operation.Through actual case studies,we explore the relationship between"urbanity of intermediary space"and specific urban environment in more depth.Finally,we propose the construction methods of urban complex intermediary space from four aspects:functional composite,transportation hub,open space,and dynamic operation management.
