国内工作压力研究图鉴——基于CiteSpace的计量分析

A Study Guide of Domestic Job Stress:A Quantitative Analysis Based on CiteSpace

以中国知网(CNKI)中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊数据库为文献来源,采用文献计量分析法,客观揭示了国内工作压力研究二十年来的文献年度分布态势、核心作者、高载文量期刊以及高被引文献四个部分的特征。通过对关键词聚类主题进行分类,从理论基础、作用机制、影响结果等方面进行文献梳理,总结出国内工作压力研究的整合框架。未来该领域将重点关注压力二维结构、工作压力的调节变量以及作用结果,其中,心理资本、工作家庭冲突和挑战性压力是该领域目前研究的热点及聚焦的趋势。基于以上分析,从研究方法、研究情境、人文福祉和跨学科研究等方面提出了国内工作压力研究的未来发展方向。

Based on Chinese core journal and CSSCI journal database of CNKI,using the method of literature metrology,objectively reveals the domestic research on job stress for 20 years literature annual distribution situation,core authors,high quantity of those journals and the characteristics of the highly cited literature,through classifying keywords clustering theme,from the theoretical basis,mechanism,influence the result of literature review,this aspects summed up the domestic research on job stress integration framework.In the future,this field will focus on the two-dimensional structure of pressure,the moderating variables of work pressure and the effect results.Among them,psychological capital,work-family conflict and challenging pressure are the hot topics and trends of current research in this field.Based on the above analysis,the future development direction of domestic work stress research is proposed from the aspects of research method,research context,human welfare and interdisciplinary research .
