摘要
目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间临床护士心理弹性状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,于2020年4月21~27日抽取某三甲医院临床护士358名,使用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷和心理弹性问卷分别调查研究对象的一般资料和心理弹性状况。结果COVID-19疫情期间临床护士心理弹性评分为(62.16±15.517)分。多因素分析显示,家人是否支持参与抗疫一线工作、是否轮转过疫情高风险科室、认为从事护理工作心理压力太大是影响护士心理弹性水平的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论疫情期间护士的心理弹性水平较低,护理管理者应针对相关影响因素采取改进措施,以改善其心理弹性状况。
Objective To study the effects of COVID-19 on nurses psychological resilience and the related factors.Methods In April 2020,358 clinical nurses from a third-class hospital were selected by convenient sampling method.The self-designed questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate the general status and psychological resilience of the subjects.Results The score of psychological resilience of nurses was(62.16±15.517).Multivariate analysis showed whether the family supports to participate in the work of anti epidemic front line,whether to work in the high-risk department of epidemic situation and the belief that there was too much psychological pressure in nursing work were the factors that affect the level of psychological resilience of nurses.Conclusion The level of psychological resilience of nurses in the epidemic period of covid-19 is low,so nursing managers should pay attention to the level of psychological resilience of nurses and according to the relevant influencing factors improving their psychological quality.
