不同非均布荷载下的沥青路面力学响应及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析超载对半刚性基层沥青路面的力学响应及疲劳寿命的影响,通过三维有限元软件ANSYS,建立非均布荷载作用下的三维有限元模型,对比分析单轴10 t、15 t、20 t、25 t四个轴重下的力学响应及疲劳寿命结果。四个不同轴载作用下的结果表明:随着荷载的增加,路表弯沉、沥青层底压应力、基层及底基层底拉应力、土基顶面压应变均呈现线性增长趋势,而沥青层底拉应变随着荷载增加而减小;超载作用下,沥青路面疲劳寿命呈现指数下降趋势。 To analyze overload semi rigid base asphalt pavement mechanical response and the influence of fatigue life,through the three-dimensional finite element software ANSYS,the three-dimensional finite element model are established.Through the contrast analysis of the mechanical response and fatigue life of the single shaft 10 tons,15 tons,20 tons,25 tons of four axle load,the results of four different axle load under the action showed that with the in-crease of load,road table deflects.Compressive stress of asphalt layer bottom tensile stress in the bottom of the base and sub-base at the top of the soil base compressive strain present a linear growth trend.While the tensile strain at the bottom of asphalt layer decreases with the increase of load.Under the action of overload,the fatigue life of as-phalt pavement shows a exponential decline trend.
