地铁分段开通接口点安全管理研究

Research on the Safety Management of the Interface Points for the Subsection Opening of Subway

随着地铁线网的逐步建成,分段开通的地铁线路不断增多。本文以地铁分段开通接口点安全管理为研究对象,阐述接口点设置的四个内涵;分析分段开通的形式、接口点设置的原则,接口点安全管理要素与逻辑关系;根据地铁三权移交接管节点,把接口点安全管理划分为四个阶段,提出分阶段安全管理难点;以青岛地铁3号线分段开通为例,明确安全管理原则,重点阐述接口点安全管理的流程及关键点;最后,提出编制接口点安全管理方案的建议,为分段开通地铁线路安全管理提供借鉴。

With the gradual completion of the subway line network,the number of subway lines opened in sections continues to increase.This article takes the safety management of the interface points of the subway segment open-ing as the research object,expounds the four connotations of the interface point setting.It also analyzes the form of the segment opening,the principles of the interface point setting,the safety management elements of the interface point and the logical relationship.According to the transfer and take-over node of Metro three rights,the safety man-agement of interface point is divided into four stages.This paper proposes the difficulties of the phased security man-agement.Taking the section opening of Qingdao Metro Line 3 as an example,the paper clarifies the security manage-ment principles and focus on the process and key points of the security management of the interface point.Finally,it puts forward the proposal of preparing the safety management plan of the interface point,which can provide a refer-ence for the safety management of the subway line opened in sections.
