基于教学诊改工作的中职学校质量年报内涵提升策略——以广州市交通运输职业学校为例

摘要 本文阐述了质量年报和教学诊改工作在内涵上的联系,对基于教学诊改工作提升质量年报内涵提出了4个方面的策略:搭建目标链和标准链、实施常态化自主诊改、重视数据采集分析、善于运用编制策略。以广州市交通运输职业学校作为应用实例,阐述在构建目标标准体系、完善制度体系、示范辐射方面取得的应用效果,并对今后的质量年报编制工作提出了几点思考。 This article expounds the connection of connotation between the quality annual report and the teaching di-agnosis and reform.It also puts forward four strategies to improve the quality of the annual report based on teaching diagnosis and reform,that is,setting up target chain and standard chain,carrying out normal self-diagnosis and re-form,attaching importance to data collection and analysis,and making good use of compiling strategies.This paper takes Guangzhou Traffic and Transportation Vocational School as an application example,and the application effects in constructing the target standard system,perfecting the system and demonstrating the radiation have been obtained.
