立德树人视域下职业院校“工匠精神”的德育功能开发与运用研究

Research on the Development and Application of Moral Education Function of"Craftsman Spirit"in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Moral Education

近年来,随着我国宏观经济社会发展,加之市场经济体制变革日臻深化,人才的战略要位愈加突出,人才资源成为了现代企业竞争的核心资本。企业对就业人员提出了更多、更高要求,就业人员不仅要具备扎实的专业知识,还需具备良好的职业素养和职业道德,“工匠精神”培育的重要性不断显现。本文基于对“工匠精神”培育与职业院校德育的逻辑关系解构,分析了职业院校“工匠精神”德育工作的现状与困境,并着重就其功能开发与运用路径进行了探究。

In recent years,with the development of China's macro-economy and the deepening of the reform of the market economy system,the strategic position of talents has become more and more prominent,and has become the core capital of modern enterprise competition,which puts forward more and higher requirements for it.It is not only necessary to master rich and solid professional knowledge,but also necessary to have good professional quality and professional ethics.The importance of cultivation of"craftsman spirit"is constantly emerging.Based on the decon-struction of the logical relationship between the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"and moral education in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of moral education of"craftsman spirit"in vocation-al colleges,and probes into its function development and application path.
