“一带一路”背景下高职教育国际交流与合作存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the International Exchange and Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of"One Belt One Road"

“一带一路”背景下越来越多海外留学生到我国高职院校深造,高职院校国际生培养实践也在不断深入,这使得高职教育国际交流与合作存在的问题日益凸显。本文从四个角度剖析了高职教育国际交流与合作存在的问题,同时提出应该完善国际生课程学习组织管理,了解国际生所在国家的汉语教学和专业汉语要求,分国别有针对性地开发国际生通识课程教学大纲,建立通识课与专业课教师合作关系,强化汉语教学,为国际生在专业课学习中提供良好环境,契合国际生所在国的人才需求特点,创新测试方式,以期持续提升高职院校国际交流与合作质量。

Under the background of"One Belt One Road",more overseas students are studying in our higher voca-tional colleges.The practice of international students training in higher vocational colleges is also deepening.This makes the problems of international exchange and cooperation in higher vocational education become more and more prominent.This paper analyzes the existing problems of international exchange and cooperation in higher voca-tional education from four aspects,and proposes that to continuously improve the quality of international exchange and cooperation in higher vocational colleges,we should improve the learning organization and management of inter-national students'courses,understand the Chinese teaching and professional Chinese requirements of the countries where international students are located,develop the general course syllabus for international students according to different countries,and establish general courses and professional courses.We should strengthen the cooperative rela-tionship between teachers,strengthen Chinese teaching,create conditions for international students to provide a good environment for learning professional courses,adapt to the characteristics of talent needs of the countries where inter-national students are located,and innovate testing methods,in the hope of continuously improving the quality of in-ternational exchange and cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges.
