摘要 为探寻泥沙颗粒对轴流泵性能影响及叶片磨损规律,本文基于Particle模型和非均相模型,运用流场分析软件ANSYS-CFX对竖井贯流泵装置进行固液两相流数值模拟,得到了不同工况和泥沙条件下的泥沙分布和磨损规律,结果表明泥沙颗粒的存在会造成水泵装置性能下降;叶片的泥沙磨损规律与泥沙浓度分布规律一致主要集中在叶片进水边的背面及叶片出水边的工作面;泥沙粒径的变化会对其分布位置有影响,泥沙浓度变化则没有;在低浓度下(C_(v)≤10%),泥沙粒径较浓度为关键因素。采用Particle模型和非均相模型能准确地模拟固液两相流泵内的流动律。 In order to explore the effect of sediment particles on the performance of the axial flow pump and the law of blade wear,this paper is based on the Particle model and the heterogeneous model,and uses the flow field analysis software ANSYS-CFX to carry out the solid-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation of the shaft tubular pump device.The distribution and abrasion laws of sediment under different working conditions and sediment conditions.The results show that the presence of sand particles will cause the performance of the pump device to decrease;the sand wear law of the blades is consistent with the sand concentration distribution law,mainly concentrated on the back of the blade's water inlet and the working surface of the blade's water outlet.The change of sediment particle size will affect its distribution position,while the change of sediment concentration has no effect.At low concentrations(C_(v)≤10%),the sediment particle size is the key factor compared with the concentration.The particle model and heterogeneous phase model can accurately simulate the flow law in the solid-liquid two-phase flow pump.
