摘要
针对40Cr合金钢的切削过程,研究切削用量对刀具振动的影响。结果表明:进给量为0.24 mm/r时表面粗糙度最大,为1.87μm;刀具振动频率在0.48~0.96 MHz时,刀具振幅较小,在此频率下加工表面的完整性较好。
In this paper,the influence of cutting parameters on tool vibration is studied in the process of cutting 40Cr alloy steel.The results show that when the feed is 0.24 mm/r,the maximum surface roughness is 1.87μm;when the tool vibration frequency is 0.48~0.96 MHz,the tool vibration amplitude is small.The surface integrity obtained at this frequency is good,so the tool vibration can be reduced and the surface quality can be improved.
