摘要
在分析国产A514F钢板母材焊接性的基础上,选取化学成分与母材相近的CHW-80C焊丝和HS-70焊丝,与国产A514F钢板进行匹配,在确定CHW-80C焊丝与国产A514F钢板为等强匹配,而HS-70焊丝与国产A514F钢板为低强匹配的前提下,制定焊接工艺并进行了工艺评定试验。试验结果表明,A514F钢板采用等强匹配和低强匹配的焊丝均能满足国家相关标准,且采用低强匹配方式时焊接接头的韧性更好。
Based on the analysis of the weldability of the base metal of domestic A514F steel plate,CHW-80C and HS-70 welding wires with similar chemical composition to the base metal were selected to formulate the welding process,and the process evaluation test was carried out.The test results show that A514F steel with equal strength matching and low strength matching both meet the relevant national standards,but the toughness of A514F steel with low strength matching is better.
