消除风力发电机定子电流检测中基频干扰的方法 被引量:1

摘要 在对双馈风电机组故障诊断的定子电流信号分析中,被测定子电流中的50 Hz基频在采集后会出现基频泄漏,而淹没实际存在的微弱故障信号,给故障诊断带来困难。针对基频淹没问题,通过大量实验研究,提出了一种基于减法器消除基频干扰的方法。首先对双馈风电机组定子电流基频淹没问题进行分析,然后设计一种基于减法器产生拍振信号的硬件手动消除50 Hz基频干扰的方法。实验结果表明:该方法能够有效削弱电流检测中的基频干扰,为风力发电机故障信号的获取提供便利。 In the analysis of the stator current signal for fault diagnosis of doubly-fed wind turbine,the 50 Hz fundamental frequency contained in the measured sub-current will leak after collection,which will cover up the actual weak fault signal and bring difficulties to fault diagnosis.Aiming at the problem of fundamental frequency submergence,a method to eliminate fundamental frequency based on subtraction is proposed through a large number of experimental studies.Firstly,the basic frequency submersion of the stator current of doubly-fed wind turbine is analyzed.Then,a hardware manual elimination method of 50 Hz is designed based on the beat vibration generated by the subtractor.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the interference of the fundamental frequency,and provide convenience for the acquisition of fan fault signal.
