科技创新是催生新发展动能的重要驱动力,对推动国有企业高质量发展具有重要意义。加强国有企业科技创新管理,构建科学、合理、全面的科技创新能力评价体系,是推动国有企业提升科技创新水平的有效手段。本文以四川省国资委监管企业为例,分析了企业科技创新及创新管理现状和存在问题,提出了提升国有企业创新能力及科技创新管理的路径。

Scientific and technological innovations are important driving force to generate new development momentum,which is of great importance to promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.Strengthening management of scientific and technological innovations of state-owned enterprises and constructing a scientific,rational and comprehensive evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation capability are effective means to promote state-owned enterprises to raise the level of scientific and technological innovations.Taking the enterprises supervised by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province as examples,this essay analyzes the current situation and problems of enterprise scientificand technological innovations and innovation management,and puts forward some methods of improving theinnovation capability and scientific and technological innovation management of state-owned enterprises.
