摘要
当下基层林业人才外溢严重,人才分布出现结构性问题已经成为制约我国现代化林业发展的桎梏,从根本上提升基层林业岗位吸引力则是基层人才固林的必然要求。政府政策驱动和高校教育引导成为了基层林业人才流动的重要推手。通过政校融合模式体系的建构,对于完善人才培养模式和促进物质资源、科研资源、人才资源的合理调配,构建公开透明的基层林业人力资源平台具有重要意义。引入协同理论,探讨了计生基层林业岗位吸引力的规律和逻辑,并重点进行了模型搭建和具体方案研究,对于解决当前基层林业人才队伍建设的问题具有一定指导价值。
The current grassroots forestry talent spillover is serious,and the problem of structural defects in the distribution of talents has become a shackle restricting the development of modern forestry in my country.How to fundamentally increase the attractiveness of grassroots forestry posts is an inevitable requirement for grassroots talents to strengthen the forest.Government policy-driven and college education guidance have become important drivers of grassroots forestry talent flow.The construction of a collaborative system of study and government is of great significance for improving the talent training model,promoting the rational deployment of material resources,scientific research resources,and human resources,and building an open and transparent grassroots forestry human resources platform.This article introduces the theory of synergy,discusses the law and logic of the attractiveness of grassroots forestry posts in family planning,and focuses on model building and specific research,which has certain guiding value for solving the current problems of grassroots forestry talent team construction.
