Thoughts on Grass-roots Forestry Work in Luxi County under the New Format

简述泸溪县机构改革后基层乡镇林业管理现状,指出了当前基层林业工作中存在的森林火灾扑救补助无依据、设施落后人员断层、基层林业技术推广难度大、改革后融合困境、执法队伍能力建设亟待加强等问题,提出了应对方法和工作建议。

This paper briefly describes the current situation of forestry management in grassroots towns after the institutional reform in Luxi County,points out the problems existing in the current work,mainly including the lack of basis for forest fire fighting subsidies,backward facilities,great difficulty in promotion,the dilemma of integration after the reform,and the urgent need to strengthen the ability construction of law enforcement team,etc.,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
