践行“两山”理论引领绿色发展——恩施州创建国家“两山”实践创新基地的路径探析

Practicing the"Two Mountains"Theory Leads Green Development——Analysis on the Path of Enshi Prefecture to Create the National"Two Mountains"Practice Innovation Base

湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州(下称恩施州)是首创的少数民族生态文明示范区,经过多年的努力,其生态文明建设初显成效。目前,该地正着力于将生态优势转变为经济发展优势,努力创建国家“两山”实践创新基地。基于此,笔者系统地分析了恩施州“两山”建设现状和面临的困境,并力图探索该地“两山”创新基地建设的发展路径。

Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Enshi Prefecture)of Hubei Province is the first demonstration area of ecological civilization for ethnic minorities,after years of efforts,its ecological civilization construction has achieved initial results.At present,it is focusing on transforming ecological advantages into economic development advantages,and striving to create a national"Two Mountains"practice and innovation base.Therefore,the author systematically analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the construction of"Two Mountains"in Enshi Prefecture,and tries to explore the development path of the construction of"Two Mountains"innovation base in the region.
