环境污染背景下中国北方城市高污染燃料禁燃措施分析

Analysis of Measures to Prohibit Burning of Highly Polluting Fuels in Northern Cities of China under the Background of Environmental Pollution

在高污染燃料禁燃政策出台后,很多北方城市的环境空气质量得到明显改善。为总结经验,本文对北方城市高污染燃料禁燃措施进行分析。调查发现,北方城市采取了多种措施,如淘汰传统的燃煤小锅炉、大范围使用清洁能源、调整产业结构、引入“蓝天工程”环境空气治理计划、引导公众参与环境空气质量监督等,实现了环境空气质量的提升。

After the promulgation of the high-polluting fuel ban policy,the ambient air quality in many northern cities has been significantly improved.In order to summarize experience,this paper analyzes the ban on burning high-polluting fuels in northern cities.The survey finds that the northern cities have adopted a variety of measures to achieve the improvement of ambient air quality,such as eliminating traditional coal-fired small boilers,using clean energy on a large scale,adjusting the industrial structure,introducing the"Blue Sky Project"environmental air management plan,and guiding the public to participate in environmental air quality supervision.
