目前,能源安全是我国面临的重大挑战,这也是实现经济持续、健康发展的关键,关系到人民群众的生活质量和幸福指数。伴随着我国工业化和人口增长速度的加快,资源消耗和环境污染问题日益突出。为此,必须坚持把节能减排工作与清洁低碳战略相结合,以生态文明建设为核心,开展新时代中国绿色低碳能源体系建设的研究,提出相关的建议和措施,有效地推进中国资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设。
