亲鸽饲粮中添加中草药制剂对28日龄乳鸽体重、血清生化指标、屠宰性能、肉品质及脏器指数的影响

Effects of dietary herb mix on body weight,serum variables,slaughter performance and meat quality in 28-day-old squab pigeons

为研究中草药制剂对28日龄乳鸽体重、血清生化指标、屠宰性能、肉品质和脏器指数的影响,试验选取同一繁殖周期的36对健康的白羽王鸽亲鸽和108只同一天出雏且体重相近的1日龄乳鸽,随机分成对照组和中草药组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,中草药组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg中草药制剂,每组6个重复,每个重复3对亲鸽和9只乳鸽。试验过程按白羽王鸽饲养管理标准进行,试验期为28 d。结果显示:中草药组乳鸽28日龄体重与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);中草药组乳鸽血清中的葡萄糖含量显著提高(P<0.05),总蛋白和低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05);中草药组乳鸽肌肉的黄度值显著提高(P<0.05),而两组之间亮度值和红度值无显著差异(P>0.05);中草药组乳鸽的法氏囊指数显著提高(P<0.05),而其他脏器指数无显著差异。综上所述,在亲鸽饲粮中添加中草药制剂具有促进乳鸽法氏囊发育的作用。

This study was to investigate the effects of the herbal mix on body weight,serum variables,slaughter performance,meat quality and viscera index of the squab pigeons at 28 days old.A total of 36 pairs of healthy breeding pigeons and 1081-day-old squabs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 3 pairs of breeding pigeons and 9 squabs per replicate.The birds of the control group were fed with a basal diet.The birds in the herbal group were fed with a diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg herb mix of the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follow:Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in body weight at 28 days in the herbal group(P>0.05).The contents of glucose was significantly increased in the serum of the herbal group(P<0.05).Low-density lipoprotein and total protein levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The herbal mix significantly increased the meat yellowness(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the brightness and redness between the two groups(P>0.05).The bursa index(bursa to body weight ratio)was significantly increased in the herbal group(P<0.05),whereas no significant effect was observed in other organ indexes.Therefore,adding the herbal mix to feed could promote the bursa development in squab pigeons.
