摘要
针对通识管理能力训练教学中不能对学生实际情况进行及时评估的现状,以及训练模块种类多、师生接触时间短、教学风格多样的特点,引入形成性评价和混合学习理念,并根据教学特点设计开发了形成性学习评价辅助教学平台,关注学习效果的诊断及评价的调节作用,利用形成性评价的过程数据调整教学行为,以促进学生通识管理能力的提升。
In view of the fact that the actual situation of students cannot be evaluated in time,and the characteristics of many types of training modules,short contact time between teachers and students,and diverse teaching styles,formative evaluation and mixed learning are introduced Concept,and designed and developed a formative learning evaluation auxiliary teaching system according to the teaching characteristics,focusing on the diagnosis of learning effects and the regulatory role of evaluation,using formative evaluation process data to adjust teaching behaviors to promote the improvement of students'general management ability and take"Project Management"as an example for practical application.
