内镜下不同术式治疗老年结肠息肉的效果及安全性对比

Comparison on the Effects and Safety of Different Endoscopic Procedures in the Treatment of Elderly Colon Polyps

目的探讨内镜下不同术式治疗老年结肠息肉的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年8月至2019年10月我院收治的老年结肠息肉患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。A组给予内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,B组给予内镜下高频电切术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、治疗效果及术后不良反应。结果A组的手术时间短于B组,术中出血量少于B组(P<0.05);两组的住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于B组的80.49%(P<0.05)。A组的术后不良反应发生率为7.32%,低于B组的24.39%(P<0.05)。结论与内镜下高频电切术相比,内镜下黏膜切除术治疗老年结肠息肉的效果更为显著,安全性更高,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量。

Objective To explore the effects and safety of different endoscopic procedures in the treatment of elderly colon polyps.Methods 82 elderly patients with colon polyps admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,and group B was treated with endoscopic high-frequency electroresection.The surgery-related indicators,curative effects and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group B(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of group A was 95.12%,higher than 80.49%of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of group A was 7.32%,lower than 24.39%of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with endoscopic high-frequency electroresection,endoscopic mucosal resection has more significant effect and higher safety in the treatment of elderly colon polyps,which can effectively shorten the operation time,and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.
