左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Levofloxacin Eye Drops in the Treatment of Bacterial Keratitis

目的探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年3月我院收治的80例细菌性角膜炎患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,实验组采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。实验组的细菌培养转阴时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的视力水平均较治疗前显著提高,且实验组的视力水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎可取得满意的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratitis.Methods 80 patients with bacterial keratitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).The time of bacterial culture turning negative of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity levels of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the visual acuity level of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 2.50%,significantly lower than 15.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratitis can obtain satisfactory effect.
