香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗对冠心病患者冠脉血流量及心功能的影响

Impact of Xiangdan Injection Combined with Atorvastatin Treatment on Coronary Blood Flow Volume and Cardiac Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗对冠心病患者冠脉血流量及心功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的96例冠心病患者,随机分为两组各48例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予香丹注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后的冠脉血流量及心功能。结果治疗3个月后,两组的收缩期峰流速(SPV)、舒张期峰流速(EPV)、冠脉血流储备分数(FFR)、心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗可明显改善冠心病患者冠脉血流量及心功能。

Objective To explore the impact of Xiangdan injection combined with atorvastatin treatment on coronary blood flow volume and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 96 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Xiangdan injection on the basis of the control group.The coronary blood flow volume and cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the systolic peak flow velocity(SPV),diastolic peak flow velocity(EPV),coronary fractional flow reserve(FFR),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiangdan injection combined with atorvastatin treatment can obviously improve the coronary blood flow volume and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease.
