外周血RDW及血清总IgE与儿童哮喘发作的相关性分析

Analysis on the Correlations of Peripheral Blood RDW and Serum Total IgE with Pediatric Asthma Attack

目的分析外周血RDW及血清总IgE与儿童哮喘发作的相关性。方法回顾性分析82例哮喘患儿的临床资料,分析外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平与哮喘发作的相关性。结果82例哮喘患儿中临床缓解期52例,急性发作期30例。急性发作期患儿的外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平均高于临床缓解期患儿(P<0.05);Logistics回归分析显示,外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平升高是儿童哮喘发作的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,外周血RDW、血清总IgE单独及联合预测哮喘发作均有一定价值,且以联合预测价值最高。结论外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平升高可能会导致儿童哮喘发作。

Objective To analyze the correlations of peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE with pediatric asthma attack.Methods The clinical data of 82 children with asthma were retrospectively analyzed,and the correlations of peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE with asthma attack were analyzed.Results Of the 82 children with asthma,52 cases were in clinical remission stage and 30 cases were in acute attack stage.The levels of peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE in children at acute attack stage were higher than those in children at clinical remission stage(P<0.05).Logistics regression analysis showed that elevated peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels were the influential factors of pediatric asthma attack(OR>1,P<0.05).ROC curve showed that peripheral blood RDW,serum total IgE and combination of both had certain value in predicting asthma attack,and the combined prediction value was the highest.Conclusions Elevated peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels may contribute to asthma attack in children.
