摘要
目的探讨枸橼酸咖啡因联合肺表面活性物质(PS)及无创通气治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治的76例RDS早产儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组各38例。对照组采用PS联合无创通气治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用枸橼酸咖啡因治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗成功率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的自发性脑室出血、气胸、动脉导管未闭、BPD及坏死性小肠结肠炎发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸咖啡因联合肺表面活性物质及无创通气可明显提高RDS早产儿的治疗效果,且并发症发生率较低。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of caffeine citrate combined with pulmonary surfactant(PS)and noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of premature respiratory distress syndrome(RDS).Methods 76 cases of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PS combined with noninvasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with caffeine citrate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of treatment of observation group was 92.11%,significantly higher than 73.68%of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidences of spontaneous ventricular hemorrhage,pneumothorax,patent ductus arteriosus,BPD and necrotizing enterocolitis of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Caffeine citrate combined with pulmonary surfactant and noninvasive ventilation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of premature infants with RDS,and has low incidence of complications.
