运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病患者运动症状的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Kinesiotherapy Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of the Motor Symptoms of Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的探讨运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病患者运动症状的临床效果。方法48例帕金森病患者随机分为两组各24例,对照组采用美多芭治疗,观察组采用运动疗法联合美多芭治疗,比较两组的步长、自由步行速度、“起立-行走”计时测试以及运动功能、平衡功能评分。结果观察组的步长、自由步行速度、BBS评分均显著高于对照组,“起立-行走”计时测试、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病患者的效果显著,可有效改善运动症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of kinesiotherapy combined with medicine in the treatment of the motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 48 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Madopar,and the observation group was treated with kinesiotherapy combined with Madopar.The step size,free walking speed,"stand up-walk"timing test,motor function score and balance function score were compared between the two groups.Results The step size,free walking speed and BBS score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the"stand up-walk"timing test and UPDRS-Ⅲscore were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kinesiotherapy combined with medicine in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease has significant effect and can effectively improve the motor symptoms.
