个性化助产士门诊宣教对孕妇分娩结局的影响

Impact of Personalized Midwife Outpatient Education on Delivery Outcome of Pregnant Women

目的探讨个性化助产士门诊宣教对孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年5月我院门诊收治的60例产检孕妇,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规门诊宣教,观察组采用个性化助产士门诊宣教。比较两组护理前后的分娩知识认知、心理状况(SAS评分、SDS评分)以及分娩结局。结果护理1个月后,观察组的分娩知识认知评分显著高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化助产士门诊宣教可改善门诊孕妇的分娩知识认知,缓解不良心理,提高自然分娩率。

Objective To explore the impact of personalized midwife outpatient education on delivery outcome of pregnant women.Methods 60 pregnant women with antenatal care in outpatient clinic of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient education,and the observation group received personalized midwife outpatient education.The cognition of delivery knowledge and psychological status(SAS score,SDS score)before and after nursing,and the delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing,the score of cognition of delivery knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized midwife outpatient education can improve the cognition of delivery knowledge of outpatient pregnant women,alleviate bad psychology,and improve the rate of natural delivery.
