摘要
以产出的高硫石油焦为原料,进行原料煤掺混高比例石油焦的成浆性、气化特性的研究。研究结果表明,原料煤掺混高比例石油焦制备出的水焦浆满足流变性、稳定性和黏温特性等性能指标要求,并成功试烧了75%比例石油焦。对试烧高比例石油焦的气化特性、存在的问题及后续改进措施进行介绍。
The slurry ability and gasification characteristics of feedstock of coal blended with high proportion of petroleum coke containing high sulfur content were studied.The result shows that slurry prepared with coal blended with high proportion petroleum coke can meet the performance requirement for rheological property,stability and viscosity-temperature characteristics,and the test burning was carried out with 75%proportion of petroleum coke.The gasification characteristics of test burning,the existed problems and the follow-up improvement measures were also introduced.
