摘要
根据对SE-东方炉在不同运行工况下出现的合成气带液现象的描述,分析合成气带液产生的原因主要有炉温偏低以及气速过快等因素,针对不同的原因提出了相应的处理措施,通过操作调节实现了对合成气带液现象的有效控制。
The liquid entrainment phenomenon occurred in SE-Dongfang Gasification under different operating conditions were described.The main reasons caused liquid entrainment in the synthetic gas were the lower temperature of the furnace and the fast speed of the syngas.Different measures were proposed for different cases,and the liquid entrainment phenomenon were effectively controlled by operation adjustment.
