摘要
炉膛水冷壁管的磨损问题是造成循环流化床锅炉事故停炉的主要问题之一。本文针对480 t/h循环流化床锅炉的后墙水冷壁偏磨问题进行分析,通过运行调整和技术改进等方面使水冷壁的磨损问题得到有效控制。
The abrasion on the water cooled wall tube in a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers is one of the key factors that causes the operational accident.This paper analyzed the eccentric abrasion of water cooled wall of a 480 t/h CFB boiler.Through operation adjustment and technical improvement,the abrasion of water wall can be effectively controlled.
