化工装置自备动力站吹扫系统设计

摘要 蒸汽管道吹扫是装置开车前的重要工作,此工作持续时间长、危险系数高,相关事故在业内曾多次发生,因此吹扫系统设计尤为关键。介绍吹扫相关背景知识,再从规范出发,结合实际设计经验叙述系统设计、设备选型、管道设计三方面的主要设计内容及注意事项,总结设计过程中的不足之处与改进措施,以期为同类项目提供参考。 Steam line purging is an important work before commissioning of a plant.It will last for a long time,and is dangerous.A lot of accidents were happened during purging.So the purging system design is very critical.This paper introduced some background knowledge of purging,described the system design,equipment selection,and pipeline design and other attention points in compliance with the specifications.Some shortcomings during design and the improvement measures were summarized for the reference of the similar project.
