摘要
针对空分装置分子筛纯化器在运行中发现床层泄漏导致分子筛出口二氧化碳超标,通过对可能引发二氧化碳超标的原因进行排查分析,确定是因氧化铝球泄漏及分子筛泄漏形成沟流而导致,从而进行相应的工艺调整和检修整改,问题最终得以解决。
During the operation of molecular sieve purifier in air separation unit,the leakage of the bed led to high concentration of carbon dioxide at the molecular sieve outlet.During the analysis,we found the leakage was caused by the leakage of aluminum oxide ball and the formation of channel caused by the leakage.By process adjustment and maintenance,the problem was solved finally.
