摘要
针对锅炉上蒸汽吹灰器管线进行应力分析,从强度、刚度、稳定性以及柔性方面进行研究,蒸汽吹灰器管线应力集中的位置为蒸汽管线大小头处;吹灰器支架由斜拉悬挂炉壁的形式改为固定在外框架结构上,会导致管道柔性不够,为了进一步满足管口受力要求及管道柔性要求会导致使用弹簧支架增多、管道增长、费用增加;管道与炉体朝同一个方向膨胀会降低管道二次应力水平。施工应当遵照设计要求,随意更改设计意图将极大增加设计、施工及材料成本。
The stress analysis on pipeline of steam soot blower was carried out from aspect of strength,stiffness,stability and flexibility.The stress was concentrated at the position of big end and small end of the pipeline.Changing the soot blower support from bracing and suspending on furnace wall to being fixed on outside framework will lead to insufficient flexibility of the pipeline.Furthermore in order to meet both the outlet stress and the flexibility of the pipeline,more spring hangers will be used,the length of the pipeline will be increased,and consequently the cost will increase.When the expansion of pipeline and the furnace body go to the same direction,the secondary stress can be reduced.The construction on site should comply with the design requirement.Casually changing the design intention will lead to great increase of cost of design,construction and the material.
