车体煨弯型材工艺改进

摘要 针对车体用煨弯型材开裂以及断裂的不合格现象,通过调整合金成分、工艺参数以及时效制度对其煨弯工艺进行了分析和改进。结果表明,在Mg、Si等元素含量一定的基础上,提高合金中Mn与Cr含量、降低挤压温度并缩短时效时间可抑制再结晶生长,既保证获得合格的力学性能,又可以减小材料的屈强比,有利于煨弯的加工,从而有效解决型材煨弯开裂的问题。 In view of the unqualified phenomenon of cracking and fracture of simmer bending profile for car-body,the analysis and improvement are carried out by adjusting alloy composition,process parameters and aging system.The results show that on the basis of certain content of Mg,Si and other elements,the recrystallization growth can be restrained by properly increasing the content of Mn and Cr in the alloy,reducing extrusion temperature and shorten aging time,which can not only ensure the qualified mechanical properties,but also reduce the yield strength ratio of the material,and it is conductive to the processing if simmer bending,so effectively solving the problem of bending cracking.
