摘要
研究了不同固溶制度、预拉伸及时效制度对6101铝合金性能与电导率的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度及保温时间的延长,抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率变化小,但晶粒呈长大趋势,折弯橘皮越加明显;预拉伸提供了更多的形核地点,提高了合金的时效强化能力;在欠时效→峰时效→过时效过程中,随着人工时效温度的提高,更快进入到过时效状态,电导率随之增大;相对单级时效而言,双级时效下的各项性能更佳、更稳定,有利于实际生产控制。结合热处理各工艺参数对性能及电导率的影响规律,在固溶(530℃/(15~60)s)+预拉伸量0.5%+双级时效(165℃/4 h+200℃/(5~12)h)制度下,材料可获得优良的综合性能。
The effects of different solution systems,pretension and aging systems on the properties and electrical conductivity of 6101 aluminum alloy were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation changed little with the increase of solution temperature and holding time,but the grains grew up,and the bending of orange peel became more obvious.The pretension provides more nucleation sites and improves the aging strengthening ability of the alloy.From under-aging to peak aging to overaging,with the increase of artificial aging temperature,it quickly enters the overaging state,and the electrical conductivity increases.Compared with single-stage aging,two-stage aging has better and more stable properties,which is beneficial to actual production control.Combined with the influence of various process parameters on properties and conductivity,the material obtained excellent comprehensive properties by solid solution 530℃×(15~60)s+pretension of 0.5%+two-stage aging 165℃/4h+200℃/(5~12)h.
