摘要
风载荷是输电线路杆塔的主要载荷,设计风速的取值直接影响线路运行安全和工程造价。随着气候条件的变化和风区图的迭代,输电杆塔设计风速与风区环境的偏差愈加明显,对电网安全带来威胁。本文提出一种基于PnPoly的杆塔所属风区研判方法,在对每级杆塔所属风区进行准确研判的基础上,结合PMS系统中的杆塔数据,给出设计风速配置校核模型。实证结果表明,人工剔除嵌套风区后,利用PnPoly算法进行杆塔所属风区校核的准确率达到99.99%,且投运年限越早的杆塔设计风速与最低标准偏差越大。根据分析结果,有针对性地给出电网大修技改、运行维护工作建议。
Wind load is the main load of transmission towers,and the value of design wind speeddirectly affects the operation safety of transmission lines and engineering cost.With the change of climatic conditions and the iteration of the wind zone map,the deviation between the design wind speed of the transmission tower and the environment of the wind zone becomes increasingly evident,posing a threat to the security of the power grid.The paper proposes a wind zone judgment method of transmission towers based on PnPoly algorithm,through which a model of design wind speed configuration check was built by wind zones judgment of transmission towers in line with tower data from PMS.The empirical results show that after manually removal of the nested wind zones,the verification accuracy of the wind zones based on PnPoly algorithm reached 99.99%.The earlier the towers were put into operation,the greater the deviation between the design wind speed and the minimum standard was.According to the analysis results,the targeted suggestions on overhaul and operation and maintenance of power grids are given.
