变电站便携式直流电源的设计研究

摘要 针对变电站直流电源屏中整流模块发生事故时检修时间长,影响变电站直流系统稳定运行的问题,设计出了一款便携式直流电源。该整流电源具有集成度高,携带方便,功率因数高,开关损耗小,输出电压可调,直流电压稳定等特点。可应用于变电站直流馈电屏中的充电模块抢修和变电站二次设备屏柜改造时作为临时电源。经实践验证,其便携式的特点代替了二次设备屏投运或改造时需向实验电源屏敷设临时电缆取电的工作,缩短了检修时间,提升了检修效率。 It takes too much time to repair rectifier module in DC power supply panel in a substation,which affects stable operation of the DC system of a substation.Therefore,a portable DC power supply was designed,which,as a rectification power supply,is characterized by its high integration,portability,high power factor,small switching loss,regulatable output power and stable DC voltage,and can be widely employed as a temporary power supply in maintenance of charging module in DC feeder panel and display cabinet retrofit of secondary equipment.It was proved that the portable DC power supply no longer needs to lay cables to provide power supply for experiments during operation or retrofit of secondary equipment panel,and therefore shortens maintenance duration and improves maintenance efficiency.
